Terms And Conditions
1. Online Orders
All items in the online shop can be purchased 24/7 using either card payments securely processed by Stripe or by Paypal. A payment link can be sent for orders made over the phone. All items must be pre-paid prior to shipping.
2. Delivery Charges
All paint product and craft orders are sent by An Post at a standard delivery charge of €6.00 up to 10kg and will be dispatched on working days only. If your order is over 10kg and you've selected the free shipping option, you will be contacted with a shipping quote to your delivery address. We do not currently ship to international addresses outside of Ireland
We cannot guarantee next day delivery and cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred once the parcel has left our premises. We will ship to the address supplied by you in the shipping address part of the order. If this address is incorrect, we will not be held responsible for any loss of goods or compensation thereafter regarding goods or shipping costs.
For urgent orders, please contact us before ordering and we can quote for a more appropriate service such as guaranteed next day delivery or courier.
The free standard delivery offer is only available to customers in Ireland who have ordered via our website shop, directly over the phone or via email for orders over the value of €60 or more. This free delivery service is only applicable to the Dixie Belle Paint products and upcycled crafts and excludes all furniture items.
Please note, furniture delivery is quoted seperately.
All items of furniture purchased must be paid for in full prior to delivery or collection. Please contact us for a delivery quote.
All furniture commissions will be discussed with the customer in detail. A quote will be agreed in writing beforehand and a 50% deposit will be required. Any unforseen additions to the quote during commission will be communicated to the customer immediately and agreed in writing by both parties. The outstanding balance must be paid in full prior to collection/delivery of the furniture.
4. Returns & Refunds
If a customer is unhappy with their purchase, they must notify us know within 14 days of receipt. All items must be unopened and unused in their original condition and packaging. The customer is liable for all postage/delivery costs associated with any returns. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the product assuming it is in a resaleale condition and the refund amount will be minus the original delivery charge.
Personalised items or customised furniture is not eligible for return/refund.
If on arrival of an order, the items are damaged, missing or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt.
5. Order Cancellation
If a customer wishes to cancel their order after making a purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued if the order has not been dispatched. If it has been dispatched, the customer must return it as per Returns & Refunds policy above.
We take our customers privacy very seriously and all information submitted is for communication and purchasing use only and will not be shared with any other companies or third parties. We do not hold or store any payment or credit card details. Our website is SSL encrypted which allows sensitive information to be transmitted securely.
7. Colour Disclaimer
Whilst every effort is made to display as accurately as possible the colour of our products, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match with the on screen colours compared to the actual real-life colours of the products on delivery.
Technology has its limitations - especially when it comes to replicating paint colours on screen. The images and colours on screen may vary depending on your own personal screen settings and resolution.
